SilGuard YK-1102 is a silicone surfactant suited for the manufacture of mid to high density polyether based polyurethane foam. SilGuard YK-1102 structure has been designed to yield a broad and robust processing window over a wide range of foam densities. Silguard YK-1102 belongs to the family of so-called medium potency surfactant. Its utilization results in a fine and even cell structure. Its optimal density utilization range lies between 25 and 45 kg/m3.
