Product Description
SilGuard YK-2101 is a non-hydrolizable organosilicone block copolymer surfactant that may be used in polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) foams. It is also compatible with commercial NCO-terminated prepolymers used by the industry. SilGuard YK-2101 is compatible with the use of a wide range of blowing agents, even when high level of water and low levels of HCFC are being engaged. The use of Silguard YK-2101 leads to the formation of regular, fine cell-structured foam of even density exhibiting low thermal conductivity.
